Bio

Rachel was born and raised right here in the Tampa Bay area. She is passionate about mental health advocacy and always envisioned herself perusing a career in therapy from a young age. After acquiring her bachelor’s degree in social work with a minor in psychology from the University of South Florida, she received her master’s in social work where she discovered her love for addiction counseling. Rachel is dedicated to helping her clients build healthier relationships with themselves and their loved ones through a comprehensive approach to recovery. Rachel blends psychotherapeutic skills like cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques into her practice to empower her clients to achieve their goals and reclaim their lives. In her free time, Rachel enjoys being in nature, attending concerts, and volunteering in her community.
