Frank has four decades of personal experience with recovery and over 20 years of experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor. He earned his master’s degree in Human Services from Lincoln University in Philadelphia Pennsylvania in 2010 and is a Certified Addictions Professional in both Florida and Louisiana. Frank is known for his deep compassion for others and his solution-focused approach to treatment. Frank and his wife enjoy the love of their pet Westie named Wylie and the gorgeous Florida weather. Frank enjoys fishing and being a lifelong learner. “I am truly blessed to be able to use all of my life experience and education to serve those suffering from Substance Use and Co-Occurring Disorders.”
