Emily began her journey at Tranquil Shores while she was still interning as a counseling student in April of 2017. She graduated from the University of South Florida in December of 2018 with a Master of Arts in the Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling program with a graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. Emily is an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about human rights, animal advocacy, environmental issues, and helping people. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her teddy bear dog, Pookie, three cats, and family. Emily aspires to be a therapist and gravitates towards cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, creative arts, and individual psychology. She is motivated to continue helping assist individuals throughout different journeys of their lives.
